A postdoctoral fellowship is available within the Star cluster group at University of Valparaiso, Chile for observational and modeling studies of physical and chemical evolution of the young star clusters and star formation regions using ALMA facilities. A complementary data from VVV (Vista variables in the Via Lactea, ESO Infrared Large survey) are available. The postdoc candidate is expected to pursue a personal research program.
The position is for 2 years, is available immediately, and include funds for computational facilities and national/international trips to conferences. Some knowledge of Millimeter/submillimeter observations and data reduction is ideal.
