Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in theoretical astrophysics to work with Professor Alyson Brooks in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at Rutgers University starting on, or after, September 1, 2013. The successful applicant will contribute to a research program utilizing cosmological simulations to interpret observations of galaxy evolution.
Previous experience with galaxy simulations is strongly preferred. Applicants should have a PhD in astronomy or physics by the start date. The appointment will be for an initial period of two years, with renewal for a third year contingent upon satisfactory progress.
