Postdoctoral Position(s) in Observational Cosmology at ETH Zurich

The Institute of Astronomy at ETH Zurich invites applications for one or several postdoctoral positions in Observational Cosmology in the group of Prof. Alexandre Refregier.

At ETH Zurich, the candidate(s) will work in the field of Cosmology with Prof. Alexandre Refregier and Dr. Adam Amara, and may focus on data analysis, observations and/or theoretical interpretation. The candidate(s) will also be encouraged to develop his/her own research programme. The research group is involved in several wide-field cosmological survey projects and has guaranteed access to high-performance computer clusters. Candidates should have a PhD in Physics or Astronomy. Previous experience in cosmology is preferred, but experience in related areas is also suitable. The position(s) is(are) initially for two years, extendible to a third year with attractive salaries. Postdocs have access to research funds for computers, travel, conference participation, publication charges and other needs.
