The Astronomy Department at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) invites applications for a postdoctoral position in theoretical cosmology.  We are especially interested in candidates with experience in topics including gravitational lensing, large-scale structure, dark matter, or inflation.

Illinois has institutional membership in both the DES and LSST projects, and is host to the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA).  

Interested applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, publication list, and a statement of research interests to the address below. In addition, applicants should arrange for three letters of recommendation to be sent to the same address.  Candidates must receive their Ph.D. in a field related to cosmology prior to beginning their appointment.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
