A postdoctoral position working on the observational study of high redshift galaxies is available in the Center for Gravitation, Cosmology and Astrophysics at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, working with Prof. Dawn Erb. Applicants should have a PhD in astrophysics and experience with optical and/or infrared spectra of galaxies. Prof. Erb also holds a position as an Visiting Assistant Professor in the University of Wisconsin Madison Department of Astronomy, and there will be frequent opportunities to visit and collaborate.
The appointment is for two years, with a third year contingent on performance and funding. The starting date is Fall 2014, with an earlier start possible if desired.
