Applications are invited for a two-year postdoctoral position (with a possible one-year extension) at the Institut de Recherche sur les Lois Fondamentales de l'Univers (IRFU) at CEA-Saclay, to work with Christophe Yèche and the other members of the cosmology group on topics related to cosmology, large scale structures, dark matter and cosmological neutrinos. The successful candidate will have privileged access to SDSS-‐IV data. Her/his first task will be to participate to the selection of the Emission Line Galaxies in eBOSS. Her/his research work at CEA will be devoted to the analysis of galaxy clustering in eBOSS for the study of Baryon Acoustic Oscillation and Redshift-Space Distortions. While mostly based at CEA, the postdoc will also spend time at Orsay (LAL) to work with Reza Ansari on development of photometric redshift algorithms for future large surveys, using galaxy samples observed by eBOSS.
Applications should consist of a CV, a list of publications and a brief statement of research interests to be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please arrange for 3 letters of recommendation to be sent directly to the above email address. All application materials should be received by 01 April 2014. Start date flexible: as early as September 2014 and ideally not later than December 2014.
