DESI Postdoctoral Fellow or Project Scientist

Lawrence Berkeley National Lab Physics Division (https://physics.lbl.gov) has an opening for a postdoc or project scientist to work with the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI, https://desi.lbl.gov) Data Management team.
In this exciting role, you will work with the DESI Data Management operations team, focusing on evaluating data quality and improving data processing algorithms in coordination with the needs of DESI science analyses. Responsibilities will include supporting the spectroscopic data processing pipeline through improvements to algorithms, workflow, quality assurance tracking, and monitoring survey progress.
