We invite applications for postdoctoral positions at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU; http://en.ntnu.edu.tw/) to work in the groups led by Hung-Yi Pu and collaborate with the members of Center of Astronomy and Gravitation (CAG; http://iweb.ntnu.edu.tw/cag/) at NTNU, as well as other colloborators.
Positions are open for both numerical experts and theorists. The applicants are expected to hold a PhD in physics, astronomy, mathematics, or any other relevant fields, with solid research experiences in any of the following field: black hole astrophysics, general theory of jets, general theory of accretion flows, radiative transfer, special/general relativistic magnetohydrodynamics, high energy astrophysics, or multi-messenger studies for black hole systems.
All postdoctoral appointments will initially be for two years, with possible extension based on the performance. Annual salary is approximately NTD 800,000 (~USD 28,500). Starting dates are flexible, with a preference for beginning no later than Fall 2021. The applicant should prepare for the following materials:

(4) future research plans (no more than 2 pages)
