£41,526-£52,559

Ref: KA22167

Applications are invited for a Senior Postdoctoral Research Position to work on petabyte-scale astronomy, the design of computing and software for the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) observatory, and on advanced software techniques applied in general to astronomy as part of the Astrophysics Group at the Cavendish Laboratory (Department of Physics, University of Cambridge).

The candidate will be joining a diverse and dynamic group consisting of astronomers, computer scientists and engineers working on SKA as well as the SKA precursors and prototypes including eMERLIN.
