Postdoctoral scholarship in astrophysics

A postdoctoral scholarship in astrophysics is available in the particle and astroparticle physics division at the Department of Physics, KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. The position is for two years. 

For this position we welcome applications from observational astrophysicists working in any research area related to accretion, jets, black holes and neutron stars. The postdoc will be encouraged to both pursue their own research ideas and collaborate with members of the group in Stockholm. The successful candidate will also be expected to take part in the supervision of master students and/or PhD students. 

Applicants should hold (or soon hold) a PhD in astrophysics, obtained no later than five years prior to starting the position. Candidates may not have obtained their PhD at KTH.
