The position
Postdoctoral appointment in astroparticle physics. We are particularly interested in scientists working in any of the following areas:
- Plasma astrophysics
- Particle acceleration
- CR propagation processes
Requirements
- Ph.D. in physics or astronomy
- Experience with modelling of particle acceleration and propagation
- Experience with numerical and analytical studies of plasma processes in magnetized medium
- Good command of English

Compensation and Benefits
Salary and benefits are commensurate with those of public service organisations in Germany. Classification is based upon qualifications and assigned duties.
