The successful applicant will work with Prof. Hee-Jong Seo on extracting cosmological information from large-scale clustering of galaxy surveys, including Baryon acoustic oscillations and redshift-space distortions. The position will last for 2 years with a 3rd year available upon satisfactory performance. The selected person will actively participate in the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) survey collaboration. Applicants must have or anticipate a Ph.D. by September 2019 in Physics or Astronomy. We expect the candidate to have a strong analytical skill.
