Job Summary
Job Description
Perimeter Postdoctoral Program 2021
Each year, Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics invites applications for postdoctoral positions, including named fellowships, from new and recent PhDs working in areas related to fundamental theoretical physics, including both cosmology and strong gravity. Perimeter Institute is a member of the Simons Observatory (SO), Event Horizon Telescope (EHT), and Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) collaborations.
Perimeter postdoctoral fellowships range from 3-5 years. This year, there will additionally be four Simons Bridge Postdoctoral Fellowships available, intended for senior postdoctoral fellows whose progression to faculty positions has been impacted by the current global pandemic.
Perimeter Institute is now accepting applications for the 2021/2022 academic year. Review of applications will begin November 9, 2020, but applications submitted after this date will also be considered until all positions are filled.
