The goal of this project is to understand how the variable conductivity, driven by the asymmetric day-night heating, affects the atmospheric winds and potential ohmic heating.
You will be required to understand basic hydrodynamics and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD), adapt and run numerical MHD code, communicate science well and work effectively in a group. Demonstrated experience doing all of these tasks is required for shortlisting. You will have numerical programming skills, good scientific writing and excellent oral communication.
