Instructor in Physics/Astronomy at Texas Christian University
The Department of Physics & Astronomy at Texas Christian University invites applications for a full-time non tenure-track Instructor position, to begin in August 2019. The position is ongoing and the appointment is renewable. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Physics, Astronomy or a related field and a college-level teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have the background necessary to teach courses in algebra- and calculus-based Physics and introductory Astronomy. Duties include a modest amount of department and university service. Professional development should continue, although research is not an expectation.
