Post-doctoral researcher in cosmology

The applicant will join the SPHEREx Science Team in its preparation for the scientific interpretation of the SPHEREx mission data. They will focus their effort on the development of the scientific interpretation tools starting from either a galaxy redshift catalog or diffuse emission maps.

The applicant will contribute to the development of the SPHEREx high-level cosmological analysis, including when necessary methodology and theoretical development.  They would play leading roles in the cosmological interpretation pipeline and its validation using cosmological simulations. This work will require software development.
