Job Announcement Text:

We invite applications to join Andrew Pontzen's GMGalaxies team as a postdoctoral research fellow.

The Astrophysics Group at UCL is heavily involved in cosmological and extragalactic research, which ranges across observational, theoretical and computational topics. We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher who will work on computational simulations of galaxy formation. The post-holder will be based in the Cosmoparticle Hub in the Kathleen Lonsdale Building (

The post-holder will perform and/or analyse numerical simulations of galaxy formation, with particular reference to observational constraints and/or dynamical models.

This post is funded by the ERC for 3 years in the first instance.
