Job Description

Kansas State University invites applications for a postdoctoral research position with Prof. Lado Samushia in the area of galaxy clustering and the large scale structure of the universe in general. The postdoc will have the opportunity to join the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Experiment (DESI) collaboration and will be involved in the scientific analysis of DESI data.

The nominal start date is Aug 1, 2021 but earlier or later start dates can be negotiated. The position is for three years and includes benefits. Applicants must have earned a PhD in astronomy, astrophysics or a related field at the time of appointment.
