The Planetary Science group at the Institute for Computational Science at the University of Zurich invites applications for a postdoc position starting in spring/fall 2020.
The ideal candidate should hold a PhD in planetary sciences, astrophysics, or a related field at the starting date. She/he should be enthusiastic, communicative, and willing to integrate into the diverse planetary science group at the University of Zurich. Preferred research areas include planet formation and evolution, and planetary interiors. Candidates with a strong theoretical/computational background are especially encouraged to apply. The appointment is initially for two years with a possibility of an extension. Annual salaries are in the range of CHF 90,000-95,000. The University of Zurich is an equal opportunity employer.
