Applications are invited for a postdoctoral fellowship beginning in Sept, 2024 to work with Dr. Christine Wilson and her research group. Preference will be given to individuals who have observational expertise in the areas of star formation and interstellar medium research in nearby galaxies. A background in radio astronomy data analysis is desirable.
Interested candidates should submit an application (PDF file format) that includes (1) a cover letter, (2) a research proposal of not more than three pages including references, and (3) a current CV including the names of two people who have agreed to provide letters of reference. Application materials should be submitted as a single pdf file by email to [email protected] by January 8, 2024. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately following the closing date.
Appointments will initially be for one year; the fellowship is renewable for an additional year subject to academic review of the candidate. The salary will be $65,000.00 (CAN) per year.
