Postdoctoral position in asteroid modelling

Institute Astronomical Observatory of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work with Drs. Dagmara Oszkiewicz and Przemysław Bartczak on a project related to modeling asteroid spin, shapes and phase curves. The job offer reffers to the position in OPUS grant of the National Science Center, Poland. The contract is intended for a fixed-term 4 year position (about 9000 PLN per month before tax). • Scan of PhD Diploma
• Consent to process personal data

Required qualifications:

• PhD in planetary science or related dyscipline
• At least 2 publications in indexed planetary science journals

• Observations of asteroids
• Machine learning algorithms
• Computations on clusters
