Postdoctoral position in ISM / star formation / galaxy formation at the Australian National University

Job Description
We invite applications for a three-year postdoctoral posiition working with Professor Mark Krumholz's research group at the Australian National University. We welcome applicants working in any of the fields of interest to the research group, including star formation, the interstellar medium, galaxy formation, chemical evolution, and cosmic rays; applications from theorists, computationalists, and observers will all be considered.
The successful candidate will have access to both the school's 1200-core cluster and to the group's large allocation on the National Computational Infrastructure, and will have approximately 30% of their time available to work on research projects of their choice. Starting dates are flexible, but ideally the successful applicant will be available no later than early 2022.
Starting salary is AU$93,855 / year plus generous benefits, including a 17% superannuation contribution.
