Physics and Astronomy

Haverford College invites applications for one or more full-time leave replacement faculty positions in the Department of Physics and Astronomy for the academic year of 2020-2021. Successful candidates are expected to be able to teach courses across the undergraduate curriculum. Laboratory teaching experience is a plus, as is the ability to mentor undergraduate research students. Haverford is a highly selective college with motivated students and a commitment to both quality instruction and significant scholarship. Our location in the western suburbs of Philadelphia allows for convenient interactions with colleagues at other institutions.
