The successful applicant will work with Prof. Hee-Jong Seo on extracting cosmological information from large-scale clustering of galaxy surveys, including Baryon acoustic oscillations and redshift-space distortions. The work will involve numerical studies, data analysis, and using various methods such as perturbation theory calculations. The selected candidate will actively participate in the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) survey collaboration. Previous experience in large scale theoretical or/and observational cosmology will be appreciated. The position will last for 2 years with a possible 3rd year depending on the funding situation.
