Peking University invites applications for two faculty positions at the Kavli Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics (KIAA) and the Department of Astronomy (DoA), starting on September 1, 2021. Faculty recruitment is open to qualified applicants in all areas of astronomy and astrophysics, including (1) observational cosmology, galaxy formation and evolution, (2) exoplanets, star formation, and stellar populations, (3) high-energy and gravitational physics, (4) particle astrophysics, and (5) computational astrophysics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in astronomy, physics, planetary sciences or related fields, a demonstrated record of research excellence, and potential to obtain external funding.
