Astrophysics Research Professional

This Astrophysics Staff Scientist will conduct research in astrophysics with Professor Justin Crepp. Responsibilities include: conducting lab experiments; developing software; analyzing data; deploying new hardware at telescopes; conducting observations; interacting with students and postdocs; and publishing scientific articles.

Notre Dame has access to the twin Keck telescopes and Large Binocular Telescope.

Applicants must have a PhD in physics, astronomy, or related field with 3-4 years of experience. They must also demonstrate strong communications skills, programming skills, and laboratory experimental skills.
