Professor Ali-Haïmoud anticipates hiring a postdoctoral associate to start in September 2022, for a duration of up to three years, subject to funding availability. The postdoc selection will be primarily based on the potential for fruitful research collaboration with Prof. Ali-Haïmoud, as well as demonstrated research independence and productivity. The selected postdoc will benefit from the lively and broad scientific atmosphere at the Center for Cosmology and Particle Physics (CCPP), and will be encouraged to interact and collaborate with its other faculty members, postdocs, and students.
The applicant must have a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Astronomy/Astrophysics or equivalent before the start of employment with less than 5 years of postdoctoral experience at the start of employment.
Applicants must submit a curriculum vitae and list of publications, a 2-page research statement, and arrange for three letters of recommendation to be submitted through the AJO portal (https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/19104). The application deadline is December 1st, 2021.
Women, people of color, and members from groups that are traditionally under-represented in physics are most strongly encouraged to apply.
