As a principal author of TolTEC’s data analysis pipeline you will have privileged access to the exciting and wide array of scientific projects undertaken by the camera in its first years of use. Applicants with experience in data pipeline software development and/or ground or balloon-borne mm-astronomy are encouraged to apply. The initial position is for two years which may be renewed for a third year subject to performance review. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. in Physics, Astronomy, or a related field. Candidates must also have ability and willingness to travel to Mexico. Included benefits: Postdoctoral researchers in the UMass system receive benefits, including health insurance.
