Job Description
The Department of Astrophysical Sciences in partnership with the Program in Applied and Computational Mathematics (PACM) at Princeton University seeks applications for a tenured or tenure track Professor working in areas of astronomy and applied and computational mathematics. We are particularly interested in applicants who are involved in development, implementation, and application of computational methods to solve fundamental problems in astrophysics. Candidates should have a commitment to teaching in both Astrophysical Sciences and PACM, and a demonstrated high impact research program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to guide students and pursue research in both programs, and to join the Princeton Institute for Computational Science and Engineering (PICSciE) as an Associated Faculty member.

Essential Qualifications: All applicants must have a Ph.D. and a record of research productivity. They must also be committed to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
