Florida Atlantic University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. We seek qualified candidates to work with Professor Ata Sarajedini, Dean of the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science, on a variety of projects in the area of resolved stellar populations. The successful applicant will work on topics of mutual interest, pursue an independent research program, and contribute to the scientific life of the Department of Physics at Florida Atlantic University.
Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of crowded-field photometric techniques using standard software packages such as DAOPHOT and DOLPHOT along with experience working with irregularly spaced time series photometry.
