The Department of Astronomy at Yale University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Data-Intensive Astronomy. We invite applications from candidates who develop and/or apply modern data science techniques and tools across sub-fields in astronomy and astrophysics. The start date for the position is July 1, 2023. Faculty members at Yale’s vibrant Astronomy Department conduct research, teach undergraduate and graduate astronomy and astrophysics courses, and supervise graduate and undergraduate research.
